Adapted Manufacturing Process :
Thanks to vulcanization, we have developed a manufacturing
process highly suited to paintball. Originating with river-raft
boat manufacture, this process allows for incredible resistance
and a much longer lifespan than other processes such as
high-frequence welding.
This process is used for all Sup’airball TM obstacles
and ensures the total air-tightness of each obstacle.
Transportation :
You can easily move your Sup’airball obstacle; at
1 cubic foot, the obstacles are not bulky or space-consuming.
The obstacles are easily transported with the rest of
your paintball equipment.
Customize Your Obstacle :
Several colors are available. You can choose one or two
colors from our wide range. Splatch fabrics are also available.
You can print your own logo on the bunker. (contact us
for artwork specifications).
High-quality
Fabric:
The fabric used also comes directly from river raft-boat
technology. Guaranteed to be 100 % leakproof, this fabric
exhibits a long lifespan and resistance even under the
pressure of thousand paint hits a day. Not subject to
fading, the weave of the primary material lends it incredible
resistance to traction and deforming factors, and the
high-quality PVC plastic cover increases the resistance
over time to paint and external aggression.
UV-resistant, non-deformable, fade-resistant, airtight,
water-proof.
Valve:
This two-part valve ensures the total air-tightness of
the obstacles.
The flap protects your valve from paint hits keeping the
valve clean and well-functioning, a feature much appreciated
during disassembly.
Mounting/Attachment
:
The mount of Sup’airball obstacles is reinforced
by two features. The base of the mount goes through the
vulcanization process, which provides strong resistance,
while the elastic provides for the absorption of shocks
produced by a player pressing against an obstacle. If
the shock between an obstacle and a player is too violent,
the elastic will give way, acting like a fuse and then
save the obstacle.
Multiple Positions:
You can use your Sup’airball obstacles in various
positions. The mounting allows for flexibility with optimal
attachment of obstacles on the ground.
Variety
of Shapes :
Sup’airball obstacles exist in numerous shapes and
provide for the creation and composition of wildly orginal
shapes through the combination of standard shapes.
Safety:
Through its inflatable system, Sup’airball TM provides
a high level of security for players, even if they hit
an obstacle at full speed.
